Appointments are suggested for customers who can't sign or send their documents through email or cell phone.
All in-person meetings must be by appointment only. Per CA state COVID-19 guidelines, all clients must maintain social distancing and mask protocol during their entire visit. Those who would like to set up telephone conference calls or video conference calls will need to make sure you complete your tax questionnaire online and drop off or mail in your supporting documents in advance of our call.
**Only one person will be allowed in during your scheduled appointment time. A face mask must be worn at all times.
No waiting in the lobby area. Please wait until your appointment time to enter the lobby. If you will be 10 minutes late please call ahead to make sure that the time is still available. ** If necessary, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by emailing support@tetaxservices.com
